Best investment I can think of to make your store run successfully. Easy to learn, and easy to use and a great telephone support system.

I learned the software overnight. I did not even need the training. It is simple to use & easy to update.

My manager was computer challenged, but it didn't take her long to pick up Amcom.  The training was superb and so is support.

Amcom's software makes managing price books for multiple sites a breeze for me and we have definitely seen improvements in our gross profit as a result. The web-based solution makes the sites accessible from anywhere and I don't have to worry about data loss - definitely a big plus!

Amcom Software in the first month alone saved me $1,500 dollars. The software helped me reconcile easily the tank volume against my sales allowing me to see there was leakage of somewhere around 500 gallons per day. I like the system in how it easily allows me to maintain my inventory and make any one or multiply pricing or cost adjustments and transfer it to the registers in just a few moments. Also being online allows the freedom to be elsewhere other than the store to continue working in the system. I find this very valuable in our fast pace environment.

I would highly recommend AMCOM to every convenience store.  In this day and age where the profit is about pennies when you can enter a vendor invoice, the system then allows you to see price increases/decreases on each product - allowing you to make the decision of raising/lowering the price - you can also pre-determine your mark-up percentage and the software will automatically update your price - you send it to the register and you are done with your price change. 

On the Fuel delivery side, when you enter your delivery you can see your percentage of mark up.  The fuel inventory system helps with environmental compliance.
