With the purchase of Amcom C-Store Software Solution, your system will be professionally set up and installed by one of our many skilled technicians.

By using today's latest technology, our technicians are able to set up and install your complete software without even being at your location, saving you the high cost of travel expenses.

Once your system is installed by one of our technicians to your specific guidelines, you will then begin the next step, which is learning how to use your system correctly.

Training

Remote Phone Training

Again, by using today's latest technology, our technicians are able to show you how to use your Amcom C-Store Software system without even being there. By simply dialing directly into your PC at a scheduled time, our technician will walk you through every step of our software system over the phone.

On-Site Training

Being a nationwide company, Amcom offers you the opportunity to have an on-site technician train you on your Amcom C-Store Software system at your convenience store, giving you hands on experience. Our technician will spend an average of three days on-site at your location showing you everything you need to know.

Price Book Creation

Here at Amcom we believe in doing things right the first time. We start this belief by creating your Price Book from scratch. Rather than giving you a generic Price Book filled with items you may never sell, we will import an EDI file from your main grocery supplier, customizing your Price Book to items you sell.

For items from vendors who do not support EDI, Amcom will supply you with one of our inventory handheld scanners to scan the inventory items in. With a built in Price Book, the handheld scanner will assist you with basic product names and descriptions to ease the process.

Don't want to build it yourself? Amcom will gladly send out one of our skilled technicians to do it for you!!

Price Book Conversion

If you are already scanning and happy with your current Price Book, or simply upgrading your current POS, Amcom can assist you.

With our Price Book conversion, we can take any current Price Book off of your current POS and convert it to whatever POS you are upgrading to.

If you are simply happy with your current Price Book, Amcom also has the ability to download your current Price Book, give it to you in a format where you can make changes easily, and then import it right back into your POS.
