Pricebook Manager

Key Benefits

Control:

Central Pricebook Management allows large numbers of sites to receive pricing at the right time. With our POS integration, prices can be changed without intervention from store personnel. Audit Reports make sure that pricing is done correctly for every location.

You can globally add or delete new products from the master pricebook, allowing you to set up once for a store and then have the same products for all other stores that you choose.

The audit report shows you when price changes were made and by whom. This gives you complete visibilty into your pricing changes.

Consistency: With one uniform Central Pricebook for all your locations, you will know that the stores are charging the correct prices for all items every time! Multi-pack products are also supported by the tool.

Profitability:

Being able to control pricing is critical to any C-Store operator. With proper Pricebook Management, locations can increase profitability by charging the correct price every time.

This includes setting promotional pricing for a product or group or products for any or a group of your locations. Apply a pricing change once and the system will apply it to the stores you select.
